My old laptop ended up dieing on me. An electrical surge happened when I was using it at my college and fried my Ram and Motherboard. What really upsets me is that the Ram wasn't very old and if it was just the Motherboard that had fried I could have put my ram into my sisters laptop who has the same as my old one.

The good news?

My financial aid for this semester was over $2,000 so I was able to buy myself a new laptop ^_^ and guess what type it is.....

A TABLET LAPTOP!!! That means I don't have to worry about trying to get a new tablet PLUS it means I can finally start doing line art and making my artwork a lot prettier. It's smaller then my old one the screen is only 12 inches so I named it Chibi. Now I'm just afraid of scratching up the screen with the stylus like I would have done to my DS touch screen if I hadn't been given screen protectors for it for Christmas. I wonder if Tablet laptops have screen protectors you can buy...

As for my old laptop the hard drive is still good so I'm going to turn it into an external hard drive to download Manga and stuff onto. It's easier then buying a whole bunch of flash drives to do the same thing >.> Plus it makes it to were I can pull everything off it like my files and things.
